When you send a request through our booking form, we collect what you enter: your name, mobile number, ZIP code, a description of the job, your preferred arrival window, and any photo you choose to attach. We use it only to respond to your request, schedule and complete the work, and follow up about your service. We never sell or rent your information.
Information collected automatically
We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use the site, such as which pages are viewed, which buttons are tapped, and whether a booking request was sent. Google Analytics uses cookies and similar technologies and collects information such as your device type, browser, approximate location (city level) and how you arrived at the site. We may also use Google Ads to measure whether our ads lead to booking requests. We do not send your name, phone number or job details to Google Analytics.

Who we share information with

We keep booking requests and job records for as long as needed to serve you and to meet our business and legal obligations.
Text messages
If you give us your mobile number, we may call or text you about your request and appointment. Reply STOP to any text to stop receiving them.
